Fitting into steam table setups, the Carlisle 608236 DuraPan™ two-thirds steam table pan is 6 inches deep and can accommodate 12 quarts of food. To save space when storing the pan, it has a stackable shape, and its reinforced corners resist dents from heavy use. Enabling users to scoop every bit of food from the pan, it has a spoonable bottom that's designed to eliminate food waste. This pan is made of 22-gauge stainless steel, making it useful for a wide variety of applications from the freezer to the oven. It's dishwasher safe for quick cleaning and has an anti-jam design that keeps multiple units from sticking together when stacked.
