The Carlisle 608144 fourth-size steam table pan has a slightly tapered shape and rounded edges that fit securely into most steam table templates. This pan's anti-jam shape can be stacked safely without sticking or warping. Its reinforced corners resist dents, holding and retaining its flat-bottomed shape even after heavy use. The sturdy, 22-gauge steel construction suits hot and cold applications, so one pan can be moved from the freezer to a heat lamp to an oven or steam table without cracks or warping.
