Carlisle 608136 Description
The Carlisle 608136 third-size steam pan is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with reinforced corners that resist bending or denting. Because of this design, the pan holds its shape and doesn't warp, promoting a secure seal when placed in a steam table template. Its slightly tapered shape enables it to be stacked with other pans without jamming, and it resists rusting and scratching.
