Ideal for serving dressings, sauces, and small side items, the Carlisle 607146 DuraPan™ quarter-size steam pan fits into a buffet table. Its reinforced corners keep it in place when users scoop out product, and the 24-gauge, 18/8 stainless steel construction resists chips and scratches. Its able to hold as much as 4 1⁄2 quarts with its 10 3⁄8-inch-wide by 6 3⁄8-inch-deep by 6-inch-high structure. After cleaning in a dishwasher, it can be stacked on top of other quarter-size pans, and this unit won’t jam during storage.
