Carlisle 601031 Description
Equipped with a cool-touch handle for safety precautions, the Carlisle 601031 mesh fryer basket is designed to be submerged in oil. Good for deep-frying small batches of chicken, it can also be plunged into water to cook or reheat single servings of pasta with its 11 1⁄2-inch diameter. Though it features a mesh design, operators can use a heavy-duty chrome steel hook to fully drain the basket. It’s constructed of stainless steel and coated in nickel to endure long-term use.
