The Carlisle 460905 Carly® salad tongs measure 9 inches in length and are red to help them visibly stand outwhen used on a buffet or other self-service area. Made of acetal, the tongs are durable and heat resistant in temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit. The tongs can be used with a steam table and are safe for dishwasher cleaning to save time. Designed without a hinge, the tongs open and close without small, bacteria-trapping crevices.
