Carlisle 446001 Description
Constructed of one piece of polycarbonate plastic to endure high-heat applications, the Carlisle 446001 buffet spoon can endure temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit. Able to scoop as much as 1⁄4 ounces in its bowl, it controls portions for dressings and sauces with its solid design. Its notched handle rests against the food pan when not in use, and it won’t slide into the dressing or sauce because of its secure handle structure. Though polycarbonate can be used in the dishwasher, the 8-inch-long brown utensil can be damaged depending on water temperature or its location in the dishmachine.
