Made of polycarbonate—a durable, high-heat plastic that resists staining and chipping—it can resist temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit and dry-heat temperatures as hot as 270 degrees Fahrenheit. Its solid design is great for scooping compact side items, such as mashed potatoes, and in total, the black serving utensil is 15 inches long.
