Carlisle 4351425 Description
The Carlisle 4351425 dinner plate is made of durable melamine to withstand temperatures as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit. It doesn't draw heat away from foods placed on it, and it keeps cold product 40 degrees Fahrenheit or lower for as long as 4 hours. To facilitate stacking, it has a reinforced rim and foot, and it can be cleaned in a dishmachine after use. This plate has three compartments, keeping different food types separated.
