The Carlisle 4067600 butcher block brush measures 9 inches long by 4 inches wide, and its bristles have a 1 1⁄4-inch height. Its wood block is equipped with a plastic handle that employees can grip to control the brush. Designed to remove food particles and crumbs from a cutting board, its flat steel wire bristles are strong enough to handle tough debris. When messes are removed from a cutting board, the risk of cross contamination is reduced.
