Keeping cutting boards sanitary, the Carlisle 4052102 Sparta® cutting board brush gives employees a way to scrape off microscopic contaminants. It has a non-absorbent design to help prevent contamination from moisture and food oils. Because the bristles are made of crimped polyester, they're highly resistant to chemicals and damage from abrasions. These bristles and the plastic block are white, so they blend in with other cleaning supplies. After use, this brush can be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher.
