Carlisle 4039102 Description
The Carlisle 4039102 Galaxy™ pastry brush bristles have a high fluid retention capacity, which is perfect for covering pastries with butter or an egg wash. Made to cover surfaces well, the bristles are tapered with a chisel-point trim. To eliminate air pockets that could harbor bacteria, the bristles are epoxy set in the handle. The one-piece, plastic handle has a smooth finish that facilitates cleaning. Since the brush comes in white, it works well in virtually any setting.
