Carlisle 4011100 Description
From the Sparta brush series, this Carlisle 4011100 deep fryer brush has bent, "L"-shaped tip that can get inside nooks and crannies to thoroughly clean fryer drains and cold zones. The bristles of this brush are made of heat-resistant PTFE bristles that can safely clean surfaces as hot as 500 degrees F. The fryer brush's plastic handle will not transfer heat to the users hand, allowing it to be used to safely and comfortably clean hot equipment.
