Carlisle 180002 Description
Equipped to support 18 quarts of dry ingredients, chopped vegetables, or small fruits, the Carlisle 18002 StorPlus™ bain marie storage container is made of opaque white polyethylene, which can endure temperatures as low as -40 degrees Fahrenheit and as high as 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Recessed handles are built into the sides to provide users with a more comfortable grip when carrying the container; if the unit is stored on top of other containers, outside stacking lugs prevent jamming. For precise inventory checks, graduated U.S. measurements are imprinted on the sides.
