The Carlisle 10430U13 universal half-size food pan lid has a molded handle that gives employees a secure place to hold the lid when lifting it on and off pans of product. To resist slipping, it has a textured finish, and its translucent amber construction doesn't block the user's view of stored food. Made of polyether sulfone, the lid resists extreme temperatures ranging from -40 to 375 degrees Fahrenheit—suiting it for holding products in freezers, refrigerators, hot holding areas, and steam tables. This lid is stackable for streamlined storage and can be washed in a dishmachine to simplify cleanup.
