Designed for high-heat uses, the Carlisle 10411U07 StorPlus™ pan lid is made of polyether sulfone that withstands temperatures from -40 to 380 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the material is amber colored, it matches other high-temperature pans and lids for color-coded applications. The lid's construction is heavy duty and the material is safe to clean in a warewasher after use. This lid has a built-in handle and includes a notch to accommodate a serving utensil.
