Carlisle 10223B07 Description
Because of its standard, half-size configuration and large, 8-inch depth, the Carlisle 10223B07 StorPlus™ food pan can hold 11 2⁄5 quarts of product. This is ideal for large-volume storage, and the clear material and capacity indicators molded into the pan ensure operators know how much is stored. To promote product removal and reduce waste, the pan interior has a spoonable bottom, rounded corners, and smooth finish. Unlike the interior, the pan exterior is textured to obscure wear and tear and provide a slip-resistant bottom. This pan is made of durable, dishwasher-safe polycarbonate that supports heavy-duty applications. Its reinforced corners resist breaking, chipping, and cracking; it can be stacked with other half-size pans in storage areas.
