Carlisle 080002 Description
For jam-free stacking, the Carlisle 080002 bain marie has exterior stacking lugs. Because the lugs are placed on the unit's exterior, they don't create small crevices in the holding area that could collect food residue or bacteria, making the bain marie simple to clean. Holding as much as 8 quarts of product, this bain marie can be lifted and transported using its handles, which are molded in to ensure they don't loosen from repeated use. It's made of white polyethylene and can be placed in the dishwasher for quick cleanup and reduced employee labor.
