Made of polyethylene—a durable, seamless plastic—the Carlisle 035002 StorPlus™ bain marie withstands temperatures from -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit to support a variety of ingredients' needs. Handles built into the sides offer comfortable carrying, and stacking lugs located on its exterior help save storage space. Its white material is opaque enough for the user to gauge the amount of food in the container. Designed to store as much as 3.5 quarts, it's 7.75 inches wide and 7.63 inches high.
