Carlisle 020002 Description
Suited to hold as much as 2 quarts of product, the Carlisle 020002 StorPlus™ polyethylene bain marie features a circular structure equipped with outside stacking lugs to store containers on top of another without jamming. It can be carried comfortably with its two side handles, and it keeps the user's hands from touching the cold or hot container. Its white material has an opaque design, preventing easy identification; however, its size can be imprinted to assist in inventory checks. The polyethylene construction endures a temperature range of -40 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, increasing the types of product that can be stored in the container. Overall, it has a 7 3⁄4-inch depth and a 4 43⁄100-inch height.
