This Commercial Pro CPF32 countertop electric fryer provides everything you need from a full size fryer, but in a more compact and cost efficient size. The CPF32 is designed for entry level and light duty cooking applications such as catering businesses, bed and breakfast set ups, or low to medium volume convenient stores. The 32 lb capacity dual size tank allows you to have all the cooking abilities of a full size fryer, but fits right on your counter. Ideal for cooking French fries, onion rings, chicken strips, fish fillets, or any other fried food products. The CPF32 enables you to provide all of your patrons with their favorite fried foods in just minutes without a lot of hassle.

Constructed of durable, dent and stain resistant stainless steel, the CPF32 is built to endure years of service. The easy to remove oil pan, along with the removable electrical heads and elements, make maintenance and cleaning virtually hassle free.
