As the smallest spoon in the Manhattan pattern, this 4 7⁄8-inch-long Bon Chef SBS3016 spoon is ideal for stirring sugar into espresso served in a demitasse cup. Because its 18/0 stainless steel construction lacks nickel, it's more affordable than nickel-laden 18/8 and 18/10 steel alloys. Although the material is more susceptible to rust and bends, it's still durable enough to withstand frequent restaurant use.
