Bon Chef S2016 Description
The Bon Chef S2016 demitasse spoon is 5.01 inches long. This small size is ideal for espressos and removing froth from cappuccinos in coffee shops, hotel dining rooms, and restaurants. As part of the Shell pattern, it's embossed with a bordered handle and a shell design at the end. It's made of mid-grade 18/8 stainless steel, which is more rust resistant than 18/0 flatware.

LITTLE BITES
Since we are not supposed to eat sweets, we have a small portion and use a small spoon, s0i it lasts longer. The utensils from years gone by have lost their appeal. I wanted new ones and KaTom had the demi-tasse spoons, seafood/pickle forks, & butter knives that I needed...they matched my regular sized stainless flatware. Thanks! ph
