Full-size pans fit in the Blodgett ZEPH-200-E SGL full-size convection oven front to back and side to side. As many as five pans fit inside, sitting on chrome-plated racks with an 11-position guide. Double sided and porcelainized, the cabinet liner is durable and corrosion resistant. Interior lights shine on food, while door windows enable product monitoring without releasing heat. With the two-speed fan, heat is evenly distributed, and the temperature in this Blodgett ZEPH-200-E SGL deep-depth convection oven can be set between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. A cooling fan in the control area protects the integral components from overheating.
