Blodgett ZEPH-200-G Description
With dual doors made of thermal glass surrounded by stainless steel, the Blodgett ZEPH-200-G bakery-depth single full-size convection oven helps users monitor food as it cooks for the desired level of doneness. Because it has a bakery-depth cavity, users can place full-size, 18-inch by 26-inch bakery pans lengthwise or widthwise inside the baking area, so air can circulate freely to ensure an even bake. To support pans full of dough, the oven contains five chrome-plated racks that can be moved to 11 different positions within the cavity.
The Blodgett ZEPH-200-G single bakery-depth convection oven circulates air using a 1⁄2-horsepower fan with two adjustable fan speeds for different dough textures. Operated with solid-state, infinite, manual controls, the oven includes a digital timer to track cook times, and the controls are recessed to avoid accidental changes. To open and close the dependent doors, users can grasp the single handle, leaving their other hand free to load or unload pans.
