Blodgett ZEPH-100-E SGL Description

Compatible with low-volume applications, such as small schools or healthcare facilities, the Blodgett ZEPH-100-E SGL Zephaire single-deck convection oven's five chrome-plated racks support five 18-inch by 26-inch baking pans in total. Due to its small, 29-inch-wide by 24 1⁄4-inch-deep by 20-inch-high cooking compartment and its convection heating system, it bakes, roasts, and rethermalizes various products quicker than standard ovens. Three tubular heaters generate and maintain temperatures from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be modified using the solid-state infinite controls. A two-speed fan motor circulates heat throughout the cabinet, eliminating cold spots that could affect food quality. To prevent foods from undercooking or burning, the solid-state controls include a 60-minute timer.

Because the Blodgett ZEPH-100-E SGL convection oven only accepts pans in a left-to-right configuration, the doors open dependently so operators can access the pans fully. Both doors feature dual-pane thermal glass windows for a direct view of baking contents, and their stainless steel door frames withstand repeated opening and closing. The compartment's double-sided porcelainized baking liner is simple to wipe clean and is sturdy enough to endure consecutive heating and cooling. This 38 1⁄4-inch-wide by 36 7⁄8-inch-deep by 57-inch-high oven's front, top, and sides are rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and feature a rigid, full angle-iron frame with 25-inch adjustable legs. To help preserve set temperatures in cool ambient environments, solid mineral fiber insulation is built into the top, back, sides, and bottom.
