In the restaurant world, you know that lime is more than a fruit! If you use any products that use water, like steamers, for example, then you know that lime is NOT a good thing. With the Blodgett commercial lime scale reducing system, you can ensure that you don't have to deal with a lime buildup. The ScaleMaster 2 (SM2) is designed to control scale forming water before entering an ice machine or steam cooker. Each SM2 cartridge has up to 6 months of life and can protect approximately 22,000 gallons of water. This Blodgett SM2 cartridge connects to the cold water feed line and offers easy cartridge change out and has quick disconnect fittings, so not only is the SM2 cartridge a powerful tool in preventing lime build up but it is also convenient to replace it.
