Operation of this unit is made safer with the draft diverter used when you open the door. For easy maintenance the Blodgett Oven has a removable front control panel. With a variety of uses, the Combi Oven has the power and capacity to meet all your needs. With a thermostat control up to 500F, quickly and evenly distribute the heat throughout the entire cooking cavity.
