Description:

This Blodgett SHOG full size convection oven is a great oven at a reasonable price. This full size gas convection oven features a full angle iron frame with a stainless steel front, top, sides, and 6" legs. These dependable ovens have dependant, stainless steel doors with dual pane thermal glass windows on the left hand door and a solid door on the right hand side. The chrome triple plated door handle offers an easy grip. The front control panel can be easily removed for replacement or cleaning. The unit is insulated with solid mineral fiber on the back and fiberglass on the top, sides, and bottom.

The interior of this long-lasting convection oven is fully coved with a double-sided procelainized baking compartment liner. A stainless steel combustion chamber and dual inlet blower wheel ensure proper temperatures inside the oven cabinet. The thermostat controls temperatures between 200-500° Fahrenheit.
