Offering a stainless steel front/top and sides, this full angle iron frame features millivolt controls, a 60 minute mechanical timer and a dual pane thermal glass window on the doors. The interior features a fully coved, double sided porcelainized baking compartment liner to help evenly cook all of your restaurant menu items to golden-brown perfection.
