Blodgett BPM-72B NG Description
The largest model in the Phoenix Charbroiler series, the Blodgett BPM-72B is 72 inches wide and has a total BTU capacity of 180,000 BTU/hr. Its built-in grease guides divert fat away from the burners and prevent flair-ups. The gas tubing, pilots, crossrails, and exterior are made of stainless steel for durability. The grates are made of heavy-duty cast iron for strength, while a built-in flue riser and plate shelf are included with this model.
