The Blodgett Combi oven steamer is the best choice for the most demanding operations with more power and less water usage than the competition. Operation of this unit is made safer with the dual stage door latch to vent steam before you fully open the door. For easy maintenance the Blodgett steamer prompts when the steam generator needs deliming. With a variety of uses, the Combi oven has the power and capacity to meet all your needs. With a thermostat control up to 500 F, quickly and evenly distribute the steam throughout the entire cooking cavity.
