Blodgett 981-966 Description
The Blodgett 981-966 multi-purpose deck oven combines flexibility and durability for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. This oven features three steel decks, with two top decks each measuring 42 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 7 inches high, and a bottom deck measuring 42 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 16 1⁄4 inches high. Its stainless steel top, front, sides, and back, paired with an aluminized steel baking compartment and combustion chamber, ensure lasting reliability and efficient heat retention. Reinforced by an angle iron frame with crown angle trim, the oven offers stability and structural integrity. The counterbalanced doors with chrome-plated tubular handles provide smooth and secure access to the cooking chambers.
Powered by natural gas, the Blodgett 981-966 triple-deck oven is equipped with a free-floating, removable duplex-tube burner system to ensure even heat distribution across all decks. Static dial controls for each deck allow independent temperature adjustments within a range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. Its adjustable air mixers with locking devices provide precise heat management, while vitreous fiber insulation enhances energy efficiency by retaining heat. Maintenance is streamlined with a removable ventilation compartment and accessible burner door.
