Doyon JA8G Description
The Doyon JA8G Jet-Air convection oven uses LP gas to generate heat. The heat is trapped inside the cabinet with its fully sealed and insulated design, and its heat-reflective doors add insulation. The stainless steel interior and exterior construction makes the oven quick to clean and durable to support high-volume operations. As many as eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans fit into the cabinet. The product in the unit is visible because of the interior lights.
The Doyon JA8G Jet-Air convection oven has a digital thermostat that adjusts temperatures to a maximum 500 degrees Fahrenheit, with a 15-minute preheat. Steam can be injected in single bursts or continuous streams with the steam shot and pulse injection system. Routine menu items can be made quickly using the 99 programmable EBake settings, in addition to the manual operation mode. The two-speed blower fan reverses, heating food quickly and evenly. Its digital timer keeps up with cooking times to prevent items from being overcooked.
