Doyon JA8 Description
The Doyon JA8 Jet-Air convection oven has a two-speed blower fan that reverses to provide quick, even heating. Steam can be added continuously or in single bursts using the steam shot and pulse injection system. There are 99 programmable EBake settings that simplify operation and a setting for manual cooking. The oven is ready to bake products in 15 minutes and reaches 500 degrees Fahrenheit using the digital temperature controls. It has a digital timer that enables the operator to observe the cook time.
The stainless steel construction of the Doyon JA8 Jet-Air convection oven ensures it is durable and simple to clean. The cabinet is sealed and insulated with thermal glass doors to retain heat and, when the doors open, the door switch shuts off the fan. Its interior is illuminated so products can be seen clearly. As many as eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans fit in the cabinet and there is a 3 1⁄2-inch space between the shelves.
