Doyon FPR3 Description
The Doyon FPR3 countertop pizza oven has three rotating decks plated in nickel that are perforated to ensure a crispy crust. Able to hold one 18-inch-diameter pizza and two 17-inch-diameter pizzas, the unit can also be used for pastries, cookies, bread, and a variety of other products. These decks can be removed for cleaning, and its full glass door provides visibility without interrupting the cooking process. Handles on both sides of the door enable opening and closing with either hand, while digital controls on the Doyon FPR3 countertop pizza oven ease operation. It is made of stainless steel to withstand heavy use.
