This 22 portion capacity semi-automatic dough divider produces perfectly portioned and rounded dough balls every time. The smooth and quiet rounding mechanism runs in a slick grease bath that ensures long lasting durability. For both sanitation and performance, the cutting knives are made of stainless steel. A built-in thermal overload provides extra protection. With head tilts and a snap on/off head cover is great for easy cleaning. Mounted on wheels for simple maneuvering, this unit has a quality that won't be outdone. This semi-automatic dough divider comes with a one year warranty on parts and labor.
