Ideal for bakeries that produce a large amount of baked goods, the Doyon AEF035 spiral mixer holds 70 quarts of dough or batter in its stainless steel bowl; with its high center, the bowl doesn't need a dough feeder post. Using the unit is straightforward because it has nine programmable speed and time settings, along with digital controls. The mixing timer is digitally displayed, making it convenient to monitor. This spiral mixer comes with an enamel-coated cast iron frame that is heavy duty.
