To create a sleek, streamlined look that integrates with already owned kitchen equipment, this unit features a white exterior. It utilizes dual-direction mixing technology that expedites operation and ensures product is consistent.
Designed to withstand daily commercial use, the Bakemax BMSM120 commercial dough mixer's spiral agitator, bowl, and safety guard are made of strong, rust-resistant stainless steel. If the safety guard is lifted, the unit automatically shuts off to protect users from injury. This unit is equipped with a high-power motor that offers two mixing speeds as well as two 30-minute timers. Operators can reverse the bowl's rotational direction which synchronizes with the agitator to blend dough downwards.
