Model BMMP001 - Mobile Heated Proofer
This aluminum Single Glass Door Mobile Proofer from BakeMax features forced air circulation to assure uniform temperature and humidity throughout the cabinet with a wide, shallow chimney to equalize air circulation and saves space. Included water pan for added humidity, easy to access controls and energy efficient polycarbonate door, this economic unit holds 17 full size bun pans at 18" x 26". It is aluminum constructed and non insulated.
