Bakemax BMDBR01 Description
Once dough is inserted into the BakeMax BMDBR01 dough ball rounder's front feed chute, the unit uses centrifugal force to round dough to desired portions and expel it through the front chute. It includes small, medium, and large interchangeable heads that can portion dough from 1.06 to 10.58 ounces. Per hour, it can produce 1,200 pieces of rounded dough balls.
Designed for tabletop or countertop placemen, the BakeMax BMDBR01 dough roller measures 20 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 21 inches high. While its 304 carbon steel construction is durable enough to endure high-volume use in pizza shops and bakeries, its white epoxy finish adds a decorative flair and eases cleaning. This machine can be used alongside BakeMax's BMCCD01 continuous dough divider to promote product consistency.
