APW Wyott WS-4 Description
With the APW WS-4 commercial warming shelf, kitchens and buffet lines can keep food at safe serving temperatures. Operators can adjust the infinite heat control to change the temperature, and heat is distributed across the surface with its unique rope heating system. Its 48-inch-long surface quickly heats to 212 degrees Fahrenheit without hot spots. For durability, this APW WS-4 warming shelf is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and has rubber feet that prevent the unit from sliding around counters. Its top is flat and can be wiped clean.
