With a 12 3⁄4-inch-wide by 20 3⁄4-inch-deep structure, the APW Wyott TM-90D drop-in food well supports standard-size steam table pans. To warm foods en route to prep or serving stations, serpentine heating elements uniformly warm contents for a reduced risk of cold spots. It’s also uninsulated to help heat move uniformly throughout the well. This unit must be used in wet conditions for efficient results as dry applications could lead to burning, while a large pilot light indicates when it’s turned on for safety precautions.

Able to be installed on a countertop, the APW Wyott TM-D food well has an integrated EZ-Lock system on its four exterior sides to streamline positioning. Areas that fit above the countertop are made of stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, while parts beneath the counter have an aluminized outer housing for added protection. Equipped with a drain for easy cleanup, a stainless steel 1⁄2-inch NPT drain is welded to the bottom of its pan and comes with a removable screen. Overall, this unit measures 13 31⁄50 inches wide by 21 31⁄50 inches deep by 14 5⁄16 inches high.
