The warmer is heated by a tubular calrod heat element shaped in a circular fashion for evenly distributed heat. For durability and a long life, the well is made of a die-stamped heavy-gauge stainless steel. The entire heat assembly is covered with aluminized steel housing threaded studs. This unit supplies and maintains the correct water level in the soup well pan with the self-regulating water fill system.
