APW Wyott HRS-50S Description
This APW HRS-50S hot dog roller’s design is useful for clerk-served or self-serve merchandising plans. Ideal for concession stands, this 34 3⁄4-inch-wide hot dog roller grill features 10 Tru-Turn rollers that have a slanted design for unhindered access. These rollers provide two separate heating zones: grilling temperatures prep hot dogs while lower temperatures enable holding. These turners have a nonstick coating for quick merchandising, while the polytetrafluoroethylene seals at the end of the rollers stop grease from inhibiting the motors and chains.
Temperatures of the APW HRS-50S hot dog roller grill are managed with an infinite control system, which consists of visual graphics so users can track the unit’s conditions; it also features heavy-duty knobs for simple adjusting. Through intense operational periods, this unit’s stainless steel construction is durable, corrosion resistant, and simple to wipe down. The bottom-placed grease pan facilitates cleaning processes.
