APW Wyott HFW-4D 58" Drop In Hot Food Table w/ (4) Wells, 208 240v/1ph

Equipped with four sections, the APW Wyott HFW-4D hot food well can accommodate four full-size steam pans. Each well's interior is stainless steel to resist corrosion and has a drain to release water. This drain comes with a removable screen that filters out food chunks, preventing plumbing problems. For even heating, the elements have a serpentine design, while the wells' insulation keeps heat around the pans. To resist dents and scratches, wells are housed in an aluminized metal, and infinite heat controls for each well enable dishes to be heated to different temperatures. The wells drop into a counter, and for convenience, the controller can be mounted in an accessible area.
