APW Wyott GHP-2I Description
The APW Wyott GHP-2i Workline hotplate comes with two 28,000 BTU burners made of durable cast iron, and the cast iron grates over the burners are removable to expedite cleaning. Its viewable pilot is adjustable and can be ignited without removing the front panel. This unit is constructed of stainless steel, as well as aluminized steel, for durability and resistance to rusting.
The unit comes with adjustable gas valves that turn 180 degrees, enabling full control of the gas supply. To protect the user from burns, a bull-nose front extends out away from the hot surface. A stainless steel drip pan catches grease for effortless cleaning. The APW Wyott GHP-2i countertop hot plate sits on 4-inch, adjustable legs, so the countertop underneath can be cleaned.
