APW Wyott GGT-24I Description
To help users activate its pilot lights, the APW GGT-24I gas griddle has openings in the front. The temperature can be adjusted with a snap-action thermostat, and the bull-nose front keeps operators away from the unit to prevent burns. To ensure the griddle doesn't tilt on countertops, it's mounted on 4-inch adjustable legs. It takes up minimal space in crowded kitchens and measures 24 inches wide by 26 3⁄4 inches deep by 15 1⁄2 inches high.
The APW GGT-24I countertop griddle has a trough that guides grease and food particles into the collection drawer. The griddle plate is smooth and polished, so it can be wiped clean after use, and a 3-inch backsplash keeps messes off the wall. The plate is made of steel, ensuring it heats up quickly and recovers temperatures after each cooking session.
