APW Wyott GGT-18I Description
The APW GGT-18I countertop griddle has a bull-nose front that keeps employees separated from heat while cooking, reducing the risk of injury. To help operators activate the pilot lights, the front has openings so the front panel doesn't have to be removed. For durability, the front and top skirt are made of stainless steel. The unit's sides and back panel are constructed of aluminized steel to increase its strength. Positioned on 4-inch adjustable legs, this unit can be stabilized on uneven countertops.
Measuring 18 inches wide by 26 3⁄4 inches deep by 15 1⁄2 inches high, the APW GGT-18I gas griddle takes up minimal space. It has a trough that guides grease into a collection drawer to facilitate cleaning, and the plate is smooth and polished so crumbs and debris can be wiped away with a cloth. Because the plate is made of 1-inch-thick steel, it recovers temperatures quickly after each cooking session for consistent use.
