Positioned on adjustable, 4-inch legs, the APW GGM-48I gas griddle can be stabilized on uneven countertops. It has a 3-inch backsplash on its rear to prevent messes from splattering up and hitting the wall. The front has openings that provide access to the pilot lights, so the unit can be started without removing the front panel. To prevent employees from burning themselves, a bull-nose front enforces distance between users and the hot surface.

The APW GGM-48I countertop griddle's plate is smooth to facilitate cleaning, and it's made of 1-inch-thick steel, so it heats up quickly and recovers lost temperatures for repeated use.
